Trust starts with clear information.
Listing approval, verification and booking reviews mean different things. Here is what each can tell you — and what it cannot.
Approved for listing
An administrator reviews a professional application before it becomes publicly visible. Listing approval alone is not identity verification, a skills certification or a guarantee of quality.
Verified Pro
Professionals can submit identity and bank information, with CAC documents where applicable, through Trust & Verification. The Verified Pro badge appears after administrator approval of the verification submission. It indicates a platform review, not a government endorsement, insurance or a guarantee of service.
Documents stay private
Government ID, ID numbers, bank account details and CAC files are not published on professional profiles. The submitting account and authorised administrators can access the verification record; administrators review documents through temporary access links.
Profile facts and location
Services, experience, staff numbers, starting rates and portfolio content are supplied by the professional. A location pin helps match service coverage; it does not establish that an address has been independently inspected. Read individual profile details rather than assuming every field has been verified.
Reviews from recorded bookings
Booking reviews are linked to completed bookings recorded on Hire Media Pro. Consider the number, detail and relevance of reviews alongside the professional's work. A new professional may not yet have any reviews.
Founding and Growth labels
Founding identifies early platform participants. Growth identifies a paid professional plan. Neither label is an additional identity check or proof of expertise.
Specialist permissions
For drone flights and other credential-sensitive work, ask for relevant licences, permissions and insurance before booking. Confirm suitability for your specific project; platform verification is not a substitute for these checks.
