The platform and your professional
Hire Media Pro connects customers with independent media professionals and records project briefs, proposals and bookings. Professionals deliver the services themselves. A listing, badge or subscription does not guarantee availability, a quote, a booking or a particular outcome.
Free requests and up to three quotes
Customers can submit briefs and compare quotes without a platform request fee. Each request accepts at most three quotes. Responses depend on eligible professionals, matching and availability; no response deadline or minimum number of quotes is guaranteed.
Agree the full scope before accepting
Review the total service price, deliverables, dates, travel costs, revision allowance, usage rights and cancellation terms with the professional. An accepted quote is saved as a booking. A profile starting rate is an indication, not the final price for your project.
Customer payments are direct
Agree deposits, payment dates and the payment method directly with your professional. Hire Media Pro does not collect or hold project payments, offer escrow, insure the work or guarantee refunds. Stripe checkout on the platform applies only to professional subscriptions and credit packs.
Professional plans and quote credits
Starter Pro is free for new professionals and includes 5 monthly quote credits. Growth Pro is ₦15,000 per month with 40 monthly credits, a Growth label and a direct phone number reveal on the public profile. Submitting one proposal uses one credit. Top-up packs are 10 credits for ₦5,000, 25 for ₦10,000 and 50 for ₦18,000. Purchased top-up credits do not expire and are used after monthly credits. Credits pay for submitting proposals, not guaranteed customers or bookings.
Checkout and subscription management
Review the amount, billing interval and any taxes shown at Stripe checkout before purchasing. Use the billing options in Pro view to manage an existing paid plan. Where checkout is marked test mode, it is for testing rather than live purchases. Final refund and commercial policies must be confirmed before public launch; no automatic credit refund is promised here.
Profiles, portfolios and verification
Provide accurate business, service, coverage and experience information. Only upload images and documents you are authorised to use. Application approval and verification review are separate processes; neither replaces project-specific licence, permission or insurance checks. Private identity and bank details belong in Trust & Verification, not public profile or portfolio fields.
Changes, cancellations and disputes
An unbooked request can be cancelled in your workspace. After booking, agree changes or cancellation terms directly with the professional and record them in booking messages. Use Get support to raise an issue for administrator review. Platform support is not a payment guarantee or a substitute for legal remedies.
Reviews and responsible use
Reviews relate to completed bookings recorded on Hire Media Pro. Keep submissions truthful and relevant. Do not impersonate others, misuse contact details, upload unlawful material or share work without the necessary rights. Applications and platform records are subject to administrator review.
Pre-launch status
This release supports testing and onboarding ahead of public launch. Final operator identity and contact details, retention arrangements, and commercial refund policies remain to be confirmed. These pages explain the current platform flow; they do not claim that those outstanding policies are already in place.
