Your information. Clear boundaries.

We store the account details, professional applications, briefs, quotes, bookings, messages, delivery links, reviews and support information you submit. Professional accounts may also include profile photos, showcase images, captions, service tags, experience, staff numbers and verification submissions. One account supports both Client and Pro views.

After your account email is confirmed, a summary of your service, city, budget band, dates and contact preferences can appear on the project board. Your name, full brief and reference links are restricted to eligible approved professionals and authorised administrators. Customer phone and email stay hidden from professionals until you accept their proposal. Only the booked professional receives your phone if you choose SMS, WhatsApp or Call, or your email if you choose Email.

Approved profiles can display the professional's business information, services, coverage, starting rate, experience, team size, shared portfolio, profile photo, reviews and applicable badges. Public phone displays are masked; do not include private contact, identity or financial information in your description, captions or portfolio pictures.

Identity documents and numbers, bank account details and CAC documents are stored separately from public profile information. The submitting account and authorised administrators can access verification records. Verification files are held in private storage and administrators use temporary links to review them. Showcase pictures for approved profiles are intended to be publicly viewed, even though file access uses temporary links.

Project pins and professional base coordinates are used privately for distance and service-radius matching, not included in public profile or opportunity data. Without a pin, matching uses stated coverage. Map tiles come from OpenStreetMap; address search sends your search text to its Nominatim service. Your device location is requested only when you choose that option.

Stripe processes professional plan and credit-pack checkout. We store subscription, purchase and credit-use records needed to manage access and balances. Do not enter card details into briefs, messages or reference fields. Customer project payments are arranged directly with professionals, outside platform checkout.

Unsubmitted brief drafts remain on your device for up to seven days and can be cleared in the request form. Your device also remembers workspace preferences. Portfolio, reference and delivery links may be shared with people involved in a profile review or project; external services apply their own privacy practices.

Authorised administrators review applications, verification, requests, bookings and support cases as needed to operate the marketplace. For a booking-related concern, use Get support in the booking. A dedicated account deletion request process, final retention schedule and operator contact details are still to be confirmed before public launch; no automatic deletion service is promised here.
